Thank you for shopping with Ryusei Fashion. Every purchase helps support our growing brand, and we appreciate your patience as we produce high-quality apparel through our pre-order model.

Pre-Orders

All items currently available are pre-order items. This means your order is placed before production begins.

Production and fulfillment are expected to take approximately 8–12 weeks from the date the pre-order period closes. Please note that this is an estimate and shipping times may vary depending on manufacturing, quality control, customs, or other unforeseen delays.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these estimated production and shipping timelines.

Order Processing

Once production is complete, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ryusei Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unexpected production or shipping delays may occur. If there are any significant delays, we will keep customers updated through email and our social media channels.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
